The Advocacy and Student Welfare Division of the Student Association of the Government Sciences Study Program, Universitas Diponegoro, has successfully carried out the Voice of Ilpem (VOI) Vol 1 work program on Monday, May 18, 2026, in the Auditorium Room, Building A, 3rd Floor, FISIP Undip. This activity carried the theme “Listening Deeper, Realizing Change” as a forum for conveying aspirations and conducting evaluations between students and faculty members as well as the study program.
The VOI work program was attended by approximately 200 participants, consisting of active Government Science students, lecturers, and educational staff. The event began with participant registration and remarks from the Chief Executive, the Chairperson of Student Association of Government Sciences, and the Head of the Department of Politics and Government. After that, the event continued with the presentation of student aspirations regarding the learning process, academic services, and evaluation of the study program.
The activity then continued with an interactive discussion session that took place in a communicative and open manner. In the forum, students conveyed various inputs regarding teaching methods, coursework load, academic communication, and administrative services. Lecturers and study program officials also provided responses and evaluations as part of a joint effort to improve the quality of learning and create a more conducive academic environment. Through this activity, it is hoped that better communication will be established between students and the study program administration, as well as concrete follow-up actions on the aspirations that have been conveyed.
